As our Operations Director, Jenna has put her phone and organizational experience to work for multiple nationwide IVR and Live programs on behalf of clients such as the AFL-CIO, Brown University, the North Dakota Democratic Party, and Senator Heidi Heitkamp. Jenna has managed national voter contact programs and model building calls. She works directly with our call centers, and is the go-to when it comes to quality control. She is detail oriented, a master of multitasking, and never settles for anything less than perfection.

When Jenna isn’t chasing her daughters Peyton and Charlee around she enjoys traveling with her husband, Kevin, spending time with friends and family, and anything related to St. Louis sports. Jenna is as passionate about our mission as she is for her hometown Cardinals.
